With over a decade of experience and my own personal journey of losing 50 pounds and keeping it off since 2008, I’m here to help you reclaim your confidence, feel energized, and finally see the results you’ve been working hard for.

I know what it feels like to be stuck—trying every diet, counting every calorie, and still not seeing lasting progress. That’s why I’ve made it my mission to help women break free from diet culture and discover a sustainable approach to health. My Magic Plate Method

is a simple yet powerful way to nourish your body, eliminate cravings, and achieve your goals without giving up your favorite foods.

When I’m not coaching or creating content for my community, I’m raising my four kids and enjoying life in sunny Southeast Florida. My passion is helping women thrive in their 2.0 era by building a lifestyle they love and deserve—one plate at a time.

I created this podcast to inspire, educate, and empower you to embrace your healthiest and happiest self. Whether you’re here to learn, laugh, or find motivation to keep going, I’m so glad you’re tuning in!

Hi, I’m Rebecca, a Mental Health Therapist and Registered Social Worker with a passion for helping individuals navigate their journey toward healing and self-discovery. For over 8 years, I’ve dedicated my career to supporting individuals dealing with eating disorders, guiding them toward a healthier relationship with food, their bodies, and themselves.

My approach combines evidence-based practices with compassion and understanding, creating a safe and nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their challenges and rediscover their strengths. I understand that eating disorders often go beyond food—they’re deeply tied to emotions, experiences, and personal narratives. That’s why I focus on addressing the root causes, empowering my clients to build lasting resilience and self-acceptance.

Through my work, I’ve witnessed countless individuals reclaim their lives, embrace their authentic selves, and find freedom from the burdens of disordered eating. Whether you're in the early stages of seeking help or looking to build upon your recovery, I’m here to walk alongside you on your journey.

When I’m not in session, you can find me, enjoying time with family. This podcast is my way of extending my support and knowledge to a wider community, providing tools, insights, and hope to anyone ready to take the next step toward healing.
